Qualifications:
• A graduate from an accredited seminary, or its equivalent
• With 3 years of experience as a full-time minister or pastor
• Proficient with good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English languages
• With sound Christian character – honest, sincere, upright, compassionate, warm demeanor but firm
• Ability to lead, train and direct all ministries of the Mandarin congregation
