The Administrator supervises and facilitates the day to day administrative operations of the parish. This includes the preparation and production of all parish documents, the general oversight of facilities, the maintenance of the parish calendar, records, and databases, and serving as the first contact which parishioners, visitors, and clients have with the parish, by phone, by email, and in person. The successful candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized yet flexible, a team player and have a heart for God's Church.
