Bel Air Presbyterian Preschool, an NAEYC accredited ministry of Bel Air Presbyterian Church, is seeking Director position. Applicants with a BA and credits or experience working with early childhood are encouraged to apply. The Director leads the ministry team for the preschool and is responsible for the operation of the preschool, maintaining the standards and philosophy of developmental education established by Bel Air Presbyterian outreach ministry as well as maintaining all state licensing regulations and NAEYC accreditation standards. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to;
staff evaluations, report directly to executive church staff on a regular basis, program planning and development, creating Christian based bible curriculum and programs that are in line with the mission of Bel Air Presbyterian Church, oversee admissions and enrollment, and maintain relationships with surrounding schools for children to matriculate.
