This present ministry is at a point where it is geared at Middle School age, and presently this church has 10-15 children that will be Youth Group age within the next few years. 6-10 students presently attend, but when we are planning activities MANY from the community come out of the woodwork and show up. Great oppurtunity for beginner, college student and or seminary student. We have many leads for you to follow up on for supplemental employment until this grows into a full-time position.
Great potential for growth, Average 20 hours weekly, Study, Prepare Curriculum, Develop Vision for Present Day and Future Youth, Wednesday Night Youth Activities & Lessons, Coordination with Sunday School Teachers & Pastor in Where God is leading the church, Aid the Pastor in Various ministries during “Youth Down Seasons”, Missions & Outreach, Develop Relationships with Children Just under Middle School age in order to lay the foundation for the Youth Group of 2013-2015,
If you are proficient in Piano and/or Guitar and can aid in Worship Leading that is highly desired but not mandatory

We are in a country/rural setting and we are 15 minutes from the city, colleges, malls, etc., we are the only church growing in our area, Sunday worship is at 140 average right now.
We are a Bible believing Church, the youth are active in mission trips to New York City as well as discipleship & prayer ministries. The church itself is growing in discipleship and small group efforts, so we are very relational/connectional.
Please do not delay contact by “brushing up your resume” we simply want whoever God has for us, and are well aware that human diplomacy as well as fleshly appearances are sinful and deceiving. Even if you have no experience and yet have a heart for this DO NOT HESITATE!
