Position
The Worship Pastor at First Baptist Church must be someone who
•has a passion for music and for congregational worship;
•has prior experience leading a worship service;
•has some formal Bible education;
•is able to lead our congregation in a contemporary, worshipful experience;
•is sensitive to our church’s needs;
•is able to thrive in a team environment.

Abilities
This musician must
•be able to sing and play musical instruments such as the guitar and/or piano;
•possess the leadership skills to recruit, train and coach team members;
•have the technical skills for multi-media productions.
