Worship Leader, Surprise, AZ
A young church plant in Surprise, AZ is seeking a part-time worship leader for our Sunday morning services. If you want to be part of an exciting, growing group of people that love our community and love Jesus, we may have a spot for you.
-Leading and directing Sunday morning worship, including song selection, service order, musicians, tech team
-Leading Saturday afternoon setup and Sunday tear down following the service (we currently meet in a local school)
-Work with worship team to schedule necessary rehearsals during the week
-Lead the media and tech team in planning and executing Sunday morning services
-Work with lead pastor to design service
-Grow ministry team and developing musicians
-Assist in achieving the overall goals of the church
-Participate in special church/community activities
The ability to sing and lead worship is a requirement, and the ability to play an instrument is strongly preferred. Qualified applicants will have strong administrative skills and the ability to grow and develop the worship ministry at Aspire Church.
We play contemporary worship music and currently have 1 service on Sunday mornings. Although we're a young church, we try and provide our staff with all the necessary tools to bring their ministry to its fullest potential.
